Vision One

Mom had a procedure scheduled for 7:30am, she wasn't called for paperwork until 8:15am, they took her back at 8:30 and told me it would be an hour or so. Here it is 10:15, and she hasn't even had the procedure started. If they are going to be this long they need to communicate it better. Instead of saying it will be approximately 4 hrs, maybe they should say that because they can't guarantee when you will be called back to go ahead and be prepared to be here for the majority of the day!

Very unprofessional at the front desk. Staff were eating, drinking iced coffee, using their phones, and having personal conversations about their weekend. Customers shouldn't see or hear any of that. It creates an impression of disorganization and a lack of customer focus. The overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming or well-managed. First impressions matter. Take your business elsewhere until they get their act together. Wow, what happened to the days when people actually took pride in their work?

Horrible absolutely horrible.At first it was okay everyone was kind and nice the only problem was the price for contacts were unreasonably high,until one day I went for my appointment for an exam where I completely forgot my contacts which i needed.Yeah that was on me I apologized and asked to reschedule with the young lady at the front desk.Soon after this more elderly lady broke into our conversation and with a very harsh and rude tone told us it was unacceptable to make this mistake.I do agree it was my mistake but the contacts were already used well past their use but she kept arguing for absolutely no reason and behaved very childishly.For some reason she ran to get the approval from the lady who overlooked the glasses station where she agreed we should have brought the contacts.I understand i was wrong but there was no reason to act so rudely over a mistake where we had already agreed to reschedule I 100% believe she just want to argue with us for no reason.I ended up not rescheduling.This altercation completely ruined my experience of this establishment and i will never be coming again.She should totally get fired for her horrendous behavior.BEWARE this establishment you might come across a HYSTERIC women trying to make her day better by ruining someone else's.

Their scheduling issues are awful!!! Ended up spending seven hours for cataract surgery on one eye!! Then they charge you for the day after visit!! I've had several surgeries and none ever charged me for the day after recheck??!! The staff at the front desk is exceptionally rude! Stood there for five minutes while they talked amongst themselves, and yes, they did see me standing there! When I was finally able to ask my question about billing, the girl gave me a very rude answer, and then they went back to talking to each other. At that point, I walked out the door and I will never go back!!

I called first on Tuesday to be sure they took my insurance, they said they did and told me their hours, which was on Thursday when the glasses person would be there. I drove over 30 mins, there no cars in parking lot which I found odd, so I called to see if they were open while I was walking in. Upon entering, the energy was off from the start. I received some sighs and dirty looks, a lot of attitude from every single person there. It was very uncomfortable. It seemed clique-y and unwelcoming. They said they were planning on closing early today (it was 2pm and the website and reception from Tuesday said 4pm) I felt as if they were inconvenienced due to wanting to leave early. I told them the attitude was not appreciated and that I would go elsewhere.

I went there over two months ago to get glasses and I was told they'd be ready in two weeks. I have called twice. I have left messages. No one calls me back and I've got no glasses.

Have taken my sister several times for eye exams and cataract surgery. Everyone has been extremely nice both on the exam side and the surgery side. My sister was very pleased with the outcome of the cataract removal on the right and looking forward to having the left side done in September ! We have always been in and out quickly, and treated with respect and caring.

I showed up for my first appointment at vision one told me I didn't have an appointment rescheduled shut up for my second appointment at vision one which was actually my first had a 215 appointment Didn't leave the waiting room until 330. It's an hour and 15 minutes unprofessional and uncalled for the girl that did my exam was very polite. I told her my issue because I wasn't happy sometimes that happens. So when I checked out the lady that took my $15 co-pay I explained to her when she set up my next appointment for 1 o'clock that I didn't want to be 230 before I was seen very rude with me very snippy and asked me if I wanted the appointment You can't take credit that you let people wait too. Look at your reviews. An appointment is an appointment 15 minutes maybe half an hour that's improper scheduling that's uncourteous to everyone involved besides the fact that if I'm late for my appointment, you cancel it and want to charge me for it but you can make me wait for an hour. Time is money too , how much would that Dr. charge me if he had to wait an hour for me? The doctor was very professional. Everything else was pretty good but when someone mentions to you a problem you have with your scheduling you shouldn't get snippy with them Totally rude no apology for me waiting or anything. It was Not her fault and I shouldn't come back is the way she acted? Probably the one that does the scheduling was her problem Update my second appointment was much better in and out within an hour Way better than last time staff wasn't quite so rude
