I had an amazing experience with this eye doctor company. The entire staff is warm, patient, and genuinely caring from the moment you walk in. The office is very clean, organized, and inviting, which makes the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Their selection of glasses is also impressive stylish, modern, high-quality frames in so many different looks, it was actually hard to pick just one. I also want to give special recognition to Wade, the general manager. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the people who walk through the door. Highly recommend this place for exceptional service and a welcoming environment!

Wonderful experience! The manager, the technician and other staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough with my exam. Also a great selection of eyewear to choose from. I left smiliing and happy :)

Wade, Lina, Karla, and Sandy are an incredible team. During a recent move, both kids lost their glasses, and I needed to reorder them from another MyEyeDr store out of town. I assumed it would be complicated, but they made it shockingly simple. They coordinated the reorder directly with the other location and handled everything seamlessly. What impressed me even more was walking in later and being remembered instantly. They already knew our order and had the replacement glasses ready because they remembered my family. Went in to the Jax Beach MyEyeDr for an annual appointment. The staff at this location was amazing. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Wade, Lina and Sandy have such great customer service. From exams, to picking out the perfect glasses to the quick and prompt turn around on the pick up. Very courteous and helpful. Definitely will recommend to everyone this location.

From my standard appointments to impromptu visits - this team is professional, efficient, and always so helpful. I have been a patient of The Eye Doctor since I first started wearing glasses as a child. I am a newer patient to this office but would recommend this office to anyone at the beaches looking for an eye care provider!
