I highly recommend the JAX Beach location to anyone seeking a quick and easy optometry experience. Dr. Ali was thorough and efficient which made the entire experience much more pleasant. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within days of initially calling, which isn't always the case at many eye doctors offices. After my appointment, I was able to order contacts from the representative in-house who was able to access my vision insurance information with ease. My contacts were ordered and shipped home without any extra charge all before leaving the office.

This Pearl Vision has always been wonderful to work with and very kind to us all. Today, Matt went above and beyond. My son's hinge failed and was unrepairable. We ordered new glasses, but to survive until they're ready, Matt dug through a box of damaged frames and found a temporary replacement arm that he managed to fit so my son can see for the next week. What an absolute legend. Thank you, Matt!
