I have been coming here since my children were little and they are adults now. Amanda is amazing, and I got my glasses back so quickly. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. I will continue to come here for an eye exam.

I have had issues with this Dr. since day one. It is hard to get in touch with the office staff. My nieces contacts ripped and i had to leave a rude message and a review on Google before i got a call back. Then after an apology they said they would rush her contacts and it had been a month with the TRIAL pair. There was no after care to confirm contacts worked well, no follow up to confirm purchase of contacts and no follow up to confirm appt or just to see how service was. After all the issues, still no contact or further assistance. Still trying to get contacts I paid for!

I really like Dr Weitzen but will transfer to another doctor after I pick up my glasses. I have called three times to verify my glasses are in and they will not return my call. I have left voice messages each time. Do not want to drive downtown until I get verification.

My only gripe is that it consistently takes while for you to be seen. I've waited a hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen before.
