My experience today at this store was rated a one star from the beginning, but the sales associate(Cassandra)at the end made it a five. I have been going to this office since 2014 and she have made every time I came in there a pleasant experience she have been taking very good care of me and my family She never switched up attitude always been the same but for the other staff, even the GM looked over me today. Even one of the associates got a little snappy with me. I had to laugh it off because I have changed and I am trying to put out positivity, not negativity. America best y'all need to do better..

As a client over 5 years .I highly recommend this location to everyone. The customer service was exceptional. I felt immediately welcome the moment I stepped inside. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kim, TeNeah, and Marynthia. Despite the challenges I faced with my insurance, these ladies went above and beyond to assist me effortlessly. Their help made my visit truly remarkable as always .

Great service by Dr. Martinez, she was patient, very attentive and repeatedly asking if there were concerns or questions about the current trip or future. Had a great experience with Mrs. Cassie who helped me select some frames and wrap up my trip. She seemed very comfortable and went through all my options and expenses in detail with my insurance that made this trip SO EASY. Also had some other staff help fix two frames that had been broken to give me some spare emergency glasses. Absolute great visit! The people here are awsome.

This was my first time ever visiting America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of amazing personalities. Kim was friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to talk to. The appointment itself was fast and efficient, yet never felt rushed. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. They also had a great selection of glasses, making it easy (and fun!) to find the perfect pair. A very special shoutout to Cassie - she was absolutely wonderful to work with! So kind, knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the entire experience even better. Customer service like hers makes all the difference. Overall, an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. I'm so glad my best friend referred me to this location and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Went to americas best location on San Jose and the staff is incredible! They helped me with all my needs. They were super kind and really inviting! Cassie was great! I recommend Dr Martinez she really took her time and made sure my vision was extremely correct before leaving the office! 10/10 recommend! Amazing!

Had the best experience in my 15 years wearing glasses!! Cassie was so patient and sweet. The doctor did a great job with making sure to find the right fit for me in contacts and I truly felt cared for in this place. I've been going to many locations of Americas best for the last couple of years and I have never had a better experience then this one. Thank you!

This is the worse store. The employees are not friendly and rude. There is never anyone there to look at or adjust my glasses. Since I have been going here. I have never been happy with the service or the glasses. Theses are the worse glasses I have ever bought. We spend alot of money on our glasses and oncewe get them. We can't never get them to help after that. America best is the worse place to get glasses. I would not go to this store on san Jose blvd. The black woman up front is always rude. Never nice. I will be writing to the home office to let them be aware of this problem. There is never no one to help you. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. VERY NASTY.

Cassie was absolutely amazing! She's sweet, very helpful, and thoughtful. She helped us pick great frames and helped us stay in budget. The ophthalmologist was also very sweet, knowledgeable, and caring.
