I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam visit. Ms. Shelia was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The service was quick and efficient -- I completed my eye exam and ordered my glasses in less than an hour! I truly appreciated how organized and welcoming the office was. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the service was professional and friendly. The store was clean, and there was no long wait. They also had a great sale on the Meta glasses. The associate, Kelli, was very professional and friendly.

The atmosphere was so pleasant as I followed Abliyah to the back to begin the process before seeing the doctor! Appt. times are VERY timely. The Doctors are knowledgeable & answered our questions. Sheila served as our guide helping us both choose from an eye pleasing select & putting it together with our insurance plan. I was out of network but it was WORTH IT! Dede was an amazing help. She helped me feel confident in my glasses and which pair looks best on me. The second pair she picked out was amazing. It frames and fits my face perfectly. I would definitely want her again, I recommend her to anybody who would want glasses. She was amazing!

So I go to my exam, order my prescription and pay on Feb 3, 2026. On my predicted arrival date I receive no call for glasses. I call and they proceed to tell me that they will call me when they arrive. Today is the 19th of Feb. So go to the website and check my order there and it's showing that my glasses weren't even ordered til Feb 10th!!! I'm am not happy AT ALL and will not be a returning customer in the future. I'm going about my day to day life blind and with headaches. POOR SERVICE. DO BETTER!
