Let me just say that over the past 6 years I have been to four different locations across the US due to my remote job. I've only just arrived to florida a week ago when I got broke my last pair. Scheduled two appointments this last week and was unable to meet both canceling an hour beforehand due to seasonal workflow. Finally found an appointment at 5:40 p.m. finish the paperwork online, explain I do not have insurance and I will be paying private via phone when making the appointment. I do not choose glasses, I simply get the same two pair I have gotten the past 6 years which are saved in a file in their system via receipt. I do not drive so I had been picked up at 5:00 p.m. and they drove swiftly and safely to the destination. Arriving at 5:43 p.m. interesting little strip mall. I walked in excited only to be met with frustration by a lady stating that my appointment was earlier. Asking for clarity, she pointed out the doctor had already left. So it seems that there is no need for me to even reschedule as she was not even interested and giving me explanation of my lateness to my appointment which was 3 minutes ago. When does branches open until 7:00 p.m. So the doctor had no intentions on even having an appointment that late in the day we should probably not have the ability to schedule set appointment. Lady didn't even offer to reschedule, she just sat at the desk smiling. Was quite irritating as I have not been in Florida long as I don't stay in one place too long after I set up the stores necessary in the area for my job. So I must say Florida's branches are very rude especially as a business professional the attitude and demeanor was totally unacceptable for the situation. I was very clear and friendly on the phone explaining I would not be there long and my glasses are already picked out in my file as well as I am a private pay and I will complete all paperwork via online. Now Colorado Ohio South Carolina you're amazing experiences, that is too bad that Florida leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I was told that there was a competitor to look into I will be going there for a future eyewear an exams while in Florida

I rescheduled an earlier appointment for 12:50 and arrived 5 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me since it was the last appointment before lunch, I would have to be canceled, which was fine, but she could've called me or told me earlier that they don't accommodate late appointments before lunch. I understand their policy, but the communication could be more effective.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. My wife and I went in after our eye exams, ready to buy glasses, but the lady helping us tried to take advantage of us and overcharge just because we didn't want the protection plan. The prices didn't make any sense, and it felt like we were being pressured into spending way more than we should have. We decided to leave and went to a competitor Visionworks instead--what a difference! We ended up getting four pairs of name-brand glasses for the same price they were charging us here for just two. Very disappointing experience at this location. Won't be coming back.

Quick and easy service. Told them I was going online to buy contacts. Told me the would price match. Called in for them to price match, amd they told me I had to come all the way back. When I went it they wouldn't price match with 1800 my contacts price. Which was $200 cheaper by the way. Just wasted my time after they did a good job on the visit. If your not going to completely price match don't tell people that.

I had my eye glass Rx from another Dr. I was quoted 1200.00 for one pair of glasses without the transition shade at their place.That's with my insurance! Jordan helped me here and was wonderful. It was just over 800.00 for two pair of glasses with all the bells and whistles including the shade transition.

What a great experience! I got two pairs of computer glasses for 129. They have blue light blocker. So happy with my glasses and the service from everyone I interacted with. They offer the two glasses and an eye exam for 79.99. They do ask you if you want add ins to the exam and glasses purchase, but it was never a hard sell. Just an ask and they move on. If you want them you make the purchase. Took me 15 min to pick them up when they were done. 'm just thrilled with them. If you don't insurance you really should come here!

Kayla and Penney made the experience super easy! Plus, I only walked out spending $110 for a thorough eye exam and 2 sets of glasses (without having insurance). I highly recommend them to anyone considering an eye exam (:
