I had a great experience at Baymeadows Vision Center. The entire staff was kind and friendly from the moment I walked in. Matt at checkout was especially great he made the process smooth and pleasant.
Dr. Alterman was very thorough and took the time to clearly explain everything about how to correct my vision, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident about my options.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I thought the optometrist I'd seen for 30 years was fine until I was examined at Baymeadows Vision Center. From a professionalism and skill standpoint, you won't find better anywhere. Besides possessing a high level of expertise in her field, Dr.Brown has invested in the most advanced equipment that you might only expect in the best hospitals. So nice to get that benefit without dealing with large institutional environment! Dr. Brown listens and takes time to explain conditions in layman's terms. Even if you don't have a serious eye problem, you want the most thorough exam because you never know when you might develop something that warrants attention. I wish I'd known about her sooner, but am grateful to have found her practice. Also notable is the friendly, helpful and well-trained staff. Everyone is positive, professional, and efficient. It's an exceedingly well run practice. I wouldn't trust my vision to anyone else!
