I was seen by Dr. Allison Harmel. Her staff was prompt, attentive and courteous. She was very professional and pleasant. She was not rushed and offered to review and explain her findings before I could even ask her to do so. She was very reassuring. As a retired MD (neurosurgeon) still involved with teaching and mentoring, I was very impressed. I give Dr. Harmel & Clay Eye Physicians my highest recommendation.

Overall we are pleased with Dr. Jones' expertise and care for my mother's eye health. She has several factors affecting her vision, and Dr. Jones was committed to meeting her needs with dignity. However, we did have a negative experience with a male staff member and had to file an official complaint because he was rude, impatient, lacked compassion and understanding, and had a bedside manner which did not support my mother's wellbeing regardless of his knowledge or training. Nonetheless we want to applaud Deseree, Patti, Krystal, and Angel for their friendliness, for accommodating my mother and her needs, for showing us both respect, and for their patience. The ladies have a great manner which would benefit any patient, and we appreciate them all! Overall we recommend Clay Eye in Riverside.
