Several years ago, Dr Howell was the first eye doctor able to diagnose and prescribe glasses for my father who was experiencing "double vision" and had been to several other Ophthalmologists misdiagnosing him and writing prescriptions that were not correct for his problem. Doc happened to be "filling in" at the time for another office in Orange Park on the day the my father had his appointment and it was such a relief to know SOMEONE was able to identify the issue and prescribe glasses that gave him great vision. I had the pleasure of recently meeting Dr Charles when I drove my father to his Jacksonville office location. I am writing this review so others will know that he is such a caring, personable and knowledgeable man in his field and is the first doctor that I have experienced who doesn't rush you along to hurry on to the next patient. The world needs more people like Dr. Charles N. Howells, in this profession.
I must also send "Kudos" to his office manager, Donna. She was very personable and kind.
