Following a dental surgical procedure on Friday, January 23, 2026, I initiated the cancellation of my scheduled appointment at 8:25 AM on Sunday, prior to my follow-up appointment slated for 10:00 AM on Monday. Unexpectedly, the cancellation notification was not registered, leading to an unbilled charge of $75.00. Please be advised.

I waited 3 1/2 months to get in to see the Doctor due to neurology issues. Once I got in there today, I waited over two hours and he still wasn't ready to see me. All of his chairs were taken and people literally had to stand up because he was so far behind. I do not recommend this place to anybody so go ahead and run while you can. PS I want my co-pay back thank you.

I just waited an hour and 40 minutes and the doc still didn't appear. He might be a good Neuro ophthalmologist but it's very disrespectful as my time is just as important. No one in the office offered updates,excuses or apologies.
