First time visiting this location. Erica was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory and payment process. From start to finish, the visit was geared towards my eye-health needs.

UPDATE 7/2/25: I was just contacted by phone. They were profusely apologetic, did not attempt to make up an excuse, and treated me with the same affability I'd experienced in person. They got me set up with an appointment to try the brand I want to switch to, and they made sure to work with the day and time was most convenient for me. I updated my star review to account for all things considered. ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/1/25: I wish I could give 5 stars because the *in person* customer experience is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding in person- the staff is very friendly and helpful, the doctors are great. If you have to call them for any reason, though. . . good luck. I was told that I did not need to come in person to make any changes to my contact lens prescription. I was explicitly told to call in for that kind of thing. I need to make changes. When I tried to order contacts, I was informed that my prescription is missing some vital information, so they can't put my order through. I also decided I wanted to switch brands. I've called multiple times during their stated business hours- different days, different times. I've left multiple messages clearly stating my name, my callback number, and my needs. Each message, I've requested a callback. Nothing. They clearly do not return their clients' phone calls. Despite their voicemail message indicating otherwise. They will just let you sit and never reach back out to you. Extremely dissatisfied!

It was great! I didn't wait long, the tests were painless. The doctor was top notch and made sure I had the best sight possible dialed in. The person who helped me with glasses was friendly and patient while I tried to make a decision and weighed a couple of different options. When I came back to get my glasses a few days later, the people I encountered then were also lovely and helpful.

Beyond excellent! From the minute I walked in the staff was super attentive, and took me right back. They were professional, as well as personable and I was super comfortable there. Sometimes I have a little anxiety about new situations; however, I did not feel anything but peace in this environment. I loved my new doctor. She is super thorough and even let me test to see if one prescription may work better than another. When I left there, I called my daughter to let her know how happy I was to have found this business. I am super excited because it's minutes from work, as well. Everything was completed within 30 minutes and everyone knows how valuable time is these days so I feel like I got the best care with the best use of time. Super efficient, proficient, and professional employees, to boot. Thank you!

I am so surprised at all these positive reviews. Did this place used to be different or have different owners ? Cold and unwelcoming environment Staff expressed no kindness or manners at all - no one said hello or good morning, the assistant nor the doctor introduced themselves. Transactional and rude despite my attempts to be friendly and make conversation. When expressing concern for my eye health & that I have been given the wrong prescription before, no assurance or empathy was given. I was made to feel a bother. Just filed in and out like a number. I left completely unconfident that the prescription is correct. Front desk tried to charge me for contacts before they even had the trials for me to confirm the prescription was correct ? Disappointing ... at the very least.

Everyone was very pleasant. The eye exam went well. The doctor did a thorough exam and explained his findings in lay person language. All my questions were answered without feeling rushed. The facility was clean with up to date equipment. I recommend Dr.Ted Brink & Associates, and I will come back for my future needs.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and efficient!!! I mean from the time I stepped in the door, I was greeted promptly with a smile and was advised exactly where I needed to go. Kyle was so informative about everything we were going to do and he was all around so nice and sweet. Dr. Connolly was great! Check out was a breeze and simple process! I am in love with this office and it was my first time! If every encounter is this way they will always have me as a member.

The staff was warm and friendly, and were very professional with their service. The appointment was on time and I was in and out in a very timely fashion. The tech was very customer friendly and even fixed another pair of classes that was missing one of its nose support, as a simple favor, no charge. I really appreciated that!
