I was very pleased all around with Eyeglass Repair of JAX. I had a lens that was popping out every other day for close to a month which was very annoying. I got the glasses in another state so no one else here would touch them. Eyeglass Repair said to bring them in and they would look at them. When I did the gentleman looked them over and was very honest. He stated that they could try to fix the frame (which was a little bent out of shape), but this might break the frame. He said if they broke it, then there would be no charge and it was my call whether I wanted them to try. I approved the repair and it worked! It did not break. For $30 I got my glasses fixed and they have not popped out since. Beyond happy . I appreciate the honesty and reasonable pricing. Thanks Eyeglass Repair!

I recently broke a pair of glasses and had already broken my primary pair. On one the metal frame broke and the other the plastic line under the lense broke. I was surprised they were both fixed in an hour. My glasses were l felt like they were new. The office is clean and has comfortable seating. The owner was very nice and so helpful. I'm glad I went there.

3505 Southside Blvd #6 Tuesday-Friday 10-6 Sat 11-5 the best ! The technician was recommended by an optician who couldn't fix my eyeglasses & sunglasses. This technician can fix glasses ! He's a master ! He repaired two glasses while I waited for him.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!! He is the most dishonest person I have run across in a while. He supposedly "repaired/replaced" both arms on my glasses a couple of weeks or so ago. Last night one of the arms fell off so I went back to have him put it back on. He said the hinge was stuck (because of the glue HE used) to attach the arms. He charged me $50 for 2 very cheap arms and today he wanted $42.50 to glue one arm back on. I will never do business with him again.

Fixed while you wait. Took about an hour. Ran some other errands while waiting. Glasses looked brand new when I got them back. Highly recommended!!!! $30.00 as of today.

I was helping my daughter move apartments in Jacksonville when on the very first night the frame of my eyeglasses broke, sending one lense tumbling down the stairs. I didn't have a back-up pair with me (I forgot them at home) and I cannot see much without my glasses. I found Eyeglass Repair of Jacksonville online, gave them a call and was told I did NOT need an appointment. When I showed up I was greeted, they asked to see my glasses, and explained in detail what could be done. About an hour later, my frames were fixed and I was on my way. This business is a lifesaver!
