I don't like leaving bad reviews but I really wanted to write this one because I feel like it'll help improve the way my situation was handled. I came in about a week and a half ago for glasses and contacts. I ordered everything and completely understood the time frame it would take for the store to receive my order. A few days into the trial contacts I was given to hold me over until my actual ones came in, they started feeling very uncomfortable. Especially the one in my left eye. I was constantly having to adjust my eyes and blink to get them to re-adjust and I was able to feel them in my eye. It was very irritating and so I called the office multiple times but was not able to get a hold of someone. So yes I contacted corporate to try and see if I can get routed to the store. All I wanted was to see if I could switch out my trials for another set. That's it. I got nowhere. Today I had to contact corporate again because the store wasn't answering. I was at work and my contacts were really bothering me. I was told I would receive a call back. Didn't get a call back so I called at 4 and lily answered the phone. Before I could even finish my request, she proceeds to cut me off and say everyone's hours were cut and she hasn't had time to contact anyone. At no point was I ever rude to her, I was very upset because all I wanted was to switch out my contacts because they were uncomfortable. A VERY simple request. She didn't care to hear me out, instead cut me off. She then hung up on me. I tried to call back and no answer. This is NOT the way to treat someone who's uncomfortable especially when they need to be able to see correctly while working and driving. I finally got a hold of another rep who was very sweet and finally honored my request to switch them out. Turns out my left contact had a minor tear in it which caused the discomfort in my left eye. I asked for a simple request to not be uncomfortable while waiting on my contacts to get here instead my concerns were cut off and I got hung up on. Absolute terrible way to treat someone who's uncomfortable and wasn't deserving of this kind of treatment. I hope this is seen and understood that it's unacceptable to treat someone like this. After I receive my order I will never come back, and I will never allow anyone I know to come here and risk being treated the way I was for absolutely no reason.

Waited 45 minutes just to order glasses while staff argued endlessly with another customer about progressive lenses. When I asked how much longer, I was told another 20-25 minutes -- even as customers who arrived after me were acknowledged. I walked out on a $1,500 progressive high-index photochromatic order. Also concerning: there was no doctor on site while eyewear orders were being taken. Something about the operation felt very off

I was so excited about going here , because I was referred by a friend... but let's just say i regret using my annual Benefits here.. I came on 1/2 and the optometrist was great... . I advised the rep of my insurance and he said they did not take my insurance , which I knew they did, because I did my research first. After calling my eye insurance, the rep confirmed they took my insurance !!!! I got a text my glasses were ready for pick up a week later. I received my glasses on a Saturday by Wednesday I came back due to not being able to see out of them clearly ,having bad migraines, and being too tight they loosen up the glasses and told me to wait 24 to 48 hours for my eyes to adjust to the new glasses. By Friday I came back to the location because I still was unable to see out of the glasses clearly and I will still have headaches. They were unable to do anything that day. They just schedule me an appointment to have the optometrist to look at my eyes on Monday. I came from my appointment on Monday just for her to troubleshoot the glasses and not let the optometrist look at my eyes again. My issue was with a lot of of the reps in the location, who were rude especially the lady with the poncho. I'm not sure what her name is, but she has blonde hair. It seems to me that they were more argumentative than listening to what I was saying about my vision, I was telling them that I'm not seeing clearly out my glasses if I'm driving on the expressway, I should be able to read the big signs clearly and I am not. Everything is still blurry. They troubleshooted my glasses got me some new ones and I'm still having the same issues where I'm unable to see anything clearly so I probably should've had a follow up exam but they just wanted to troubleshoot the glasses so now I have to spend an additional amount of money to go to a different company and get new glasses. they should've just listened to me when I told them I was not able to see clearly out of the glasses it's been a week since I had my new glasses and I'm still having the same issues so it's just money down the drain. I will not recommend this location or this company to anyone. I should've just went back to the company I I was used to going to.

Lily was super helpful and such a delight to shop with! She was very informative about my prescription and how to pick the best pair of glasses for my face shape. I'd recommend her to anyone

New ownership, and new process is not efficient. I just needed annual check up to be able to order new contacts. After exam was complete, the doctor dropped me off in eyeglasses area without much direction. There were a few workers but all with glasses customers. Previously the eye doctor and glasses area was separate, you would pay the desk clerk and go but that is no longer the process. Now you have to wait for a person helping glasses customers which is way more involved. There should be an option for a quicker check out.

Shocked by the reviews, everyone here was pretty great. Lilly really made this experience great and is an amazing sales associate. The customer service from her was above and beyond<3

Dalton here at this stores location is incredibly rude. I had eyeglasses replaced a few months ago and he messed up my order. I called today 12/3/2025 and he was incredibly rude, stated on the phone he was not showing me any respect nor was he going to, yelled at me and degraded me during this phone call. I need a manager to contact me and I will be contacting corporate. I have spent thousands of dollars are this location to only be degraded and put down as a customer by Dalton who was incredibly and admittedly rude.

I never write reviews but feel the need to mention how outstanding the service was from Pandora and Lilly. Ms. Pandora helped my son pick out his very first pair of glasses. She took her time and noticed the type he liked and pulled several different pairs for him to try on. Ms. Lilly was extremely sweet and kind and helped make the necessary adjustments when we picked up his glasses. Customer service 100%!
