I love my eyewear! I'm so very happy that I found Ms.B. She has truly helped me with my vision. They have a big variety of frames to choose from. I had some cool sunglasses that I could no longer wear because I have to have bifocal lenses, well Ms.B helped me with that as well. Now I can wear my Ray Bans!!

Hi all! Just wanted to say a quick little check in before anything happens. There was a very rude woman and I Just wanted to check in before any negative comments from her. But she was extremely rude. Very impatient and pushy. I heard that she slammed her purse down. That was crazy to me. Blew my mind to hear. So I just wanted to say, I love my glasses and I got them in June. They've been great and I got two pairs of them. One pair broke, due to a seizure of mine. But they are such sweet employees there!!!

A week ago, my glasses were literally eaten by a puppy. I got an appointment right away. Perfect! I select 2 pairs of glasses and pay for them after the woman told me that it should only be a few days for delivery but it can take up to a week because their machine in the back is broken and they'llbe sending the order out to be filled. . OK, puppy Armageddon was my fault not theirs. I call after a week and ask for an update; glasses aren't ready, and Aaron who answered the phone says it could be another 2 weeks. I explained my situation and asked why an additional 2 weeks after being told one week. His answer was I don't know we tell people 2 weeks, hmmm 1 week as gone by? His response was 2 weeks of business days, umm that would be a total of 14 days, His response was no, 2 weeks of business days is 14 actual days which is 1 day shy of 3 weeks and we don't even guarantee them then. Ok, let's say anyone would actually think that way, i ask aren't you open 6 days a week? His response was look will call you when they get here. What kind of customer service is this?

Everyone was great, but Aaron was the star of the show. We had a great conversation and he got me the glasses I wanted with the price I wanted.

I am so upset with this place. I went in for exam on 9/26/2025 today is 11/14/2025, still have not received the correct glasses I paid for & have been there 4 different times. The associates are all rude & have no care or resolve for their customers. I was told today I would not be reimbursed for the second pair I have yet to receive. I have called my insurance with all the details & filed formal complaint & they are pursuing the matter. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had! I will not recommend nor go to this place again.

I walked in and Ms Tony was the first person I saw very professional and polite the doctor saw me in no time flat and Aaron closed the deal and I felt good about giving them my money I was treated very well great experience from the whole staff

Only reason I went this location because is nearby home. I used to go the Beach Blvd location but it is too far. The eye exam with the optometrist on the other hand is good. I just don't understand some of the staff lack of communication to customers when they say they'll call you when your glasses are ready. They didn't call me back when my glasses nor sunglasses were ready at all. Also the lack of care to service the customers when having issue with the glasses in person. I noticed closely how one of my brand new pair of glasses right side lenses weren't properly secured in frame was about to pop out. I came in the store to get help, I told a female employee to look at it but she didn't even bother to inspect it and said one of eye prescription were higher than the other and that's how it is. I'm aware of that but my right eye was a lower prescription. Basically nothing was done with the glasses left as it. Today I came in to finally pick up my other pair of sunglasses that I've patiently waiting for 3 weeks. I also brought in my other pair of sunglasses that are Rayban in need to be re-adjusted to fit snug instead of loose. The male employee asked their glasses technician if they can do that. He told me they can't fix that issue because they're plastic frames and can break. Funny thing the male employee told me that I should just go to Len's Crafter to get it done... After that I went to my car to put on my new Nike sunglasses. I noticed they gave my Nike sunglasses in a very *smelly old scratched used* clear case. Unfortunately they didn't even bother cleaning the sticky label residue off. I literally just these today. I did witness seeing the male employee using their glasses heat air machine to take it off but didn't think to at least used the goo gone that was near the machine to clean it off. At this point I was so disappointed from the lack of care and quality.

Broke my glasses this week, but Taylor and Kenyatta (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong!!) to the rescue! These ladies were so kind and worked magic with getting my old lenses out of the broken glasses into an old pair of frames at no charge. Day made and headaches no more. Thank you ladies for blessing me and not giving up with those stubborn lenses! Go see these ladies
