I recently visited Pearle Vision St. John's Town Center and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming, the check in process was smooth and I was seen on time. The doctor was thorough, explained each step and I understood my overall eye health. The entire visit felt efficient, comfortable and highly professional. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality eye care.

Learning how to put in contacts & taking them out was a very difficult process! I felt like a baby learning to walk but they were so patient, I never once felt rushed or like I was taking too much of their time. Learning to take the contacts out was the most difficult for me and I got very frustrated, but in the midst of my frustration the guy helping me told me to take a breather and gave me a pep talk which boosted my confidence to finally be able to do it! Would recommend this place to anybody!

The doctor and check in receptionist were great. All of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I took away 2 stars because the tech who completed my initial assessment was very dry and unapproachable. She rung up my glasses without asking me what options I wanted or fitting them. I had to ask what the charges were about instead of her explaining them to me. I have always had a great welcoming experience at this location in the past, yesterday not so much.
