The first girl who answered didn't seem like she was listening and kept asking me the same questions with 30 seconds to 1 minute of radio silence before I asked her if she got what I told her. As she was asking me for the 5th time how to spell the patients name (the first question that was asked) the phone was hung up. The second time I called, the appointment she had offered me was taken (she never scheduled it in the first place), and the kind representative was able to finish what we started. I hope this does not reflect on the practice as a whole. But glad the second rep was speedy.

Dr. Patel and everyone in the office are just the best. I've been a twice a year patient for the last almost 7 years and will continue to be one. They are kind and show a genuine interest in what you want from the whole doctor experience. Dr Patel gives honest input on different next steps for all my issues and answers all my questions no matter how dumb they might be. I recommend the practice to anyone looking for an eye specialist. I cannot say enough how great they are.
