The urgent meticulous exam and immediate laser treatment needed to repair my retinal tears were professionally and kindly done. Dr. Fallgatter is incredibly thorough and skilled. Dr. Alkaliby's follow-up was careful and complete. Both doctors listened well and explained patiently. The office staff are friendly and do a great job coordinating care. Kudos to you all!

The wait was longer than I anticipated, but quicker than what I was used to in NY. The staff were courteous & knowledgable. Dr Kyle was warm & funny. I didn't feel rushed out. He took his time, listened to my concerns & was very thorough.

They need to get their scheduling together. Showed up at 12:30 for a 1:15 appointment. People showed up at 1:10 for a 1:15 app and they took them back first. Not until after I left at 1:35 did they try to call me for my appointment. Then sent me a text at 3 telling me my appointment was canceled. No it wasn't canceled I left. If you can't handle the amount of people you are scheduling then maybe schedule less people at the same time.

Scheduled for surgery with Jeroudi and he cancelled twice last minute. Once the day before and second at St Vincent's bedside after having IT'S, eyedrops and thought a surgery. We are in our 80s and got up at 4am to drive from southside to Riverside. Both times he stated did not have correct lenses and blamed St Vincent's Hospital. He could have checked in advance to see if correct lense was there. Do not recommend him at all
