My experience with Cierra was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and had a clear attitude from the beginning of the interaction. It felt like she could not care less about my concerns or the seriousness of my situation. Her answers were short, vague, and lacked any real effort to be helpful. When you're dealing with something as important as your eyesight, the last thing you should encounter is someone who makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and frustrated. I would absolutely recommend doing yourself a favor and ask for someone else if you want proper care and professionalism.

Extremely Disappointed and distressed by recent Experience I am very upset with my recent study visit with the Research department. Dr. Tomas Moreno treated me and my family with outright rudeness and a lack of professionalism, which only added to our stress during an already difficult visit. The recent staff change have clearly disrupted patient care, creating confusion and increasing anxiety around each visit. It is unacceptable that patients are left feeling dismissed and poorly supported. I strongly urge the department to address these serious issues so that future patients are treated with the respect they deserve. I

Great Visits! All the staff members were was very pleasant and approachable. The facilities were very clean. The exams were very quick and efficient. The technicians seemed comfortable in their respective domains and were genuinely interested in my condition teaching one another and learning from the Doctor. Instructions were easy to follow and the technology was impressive. As I waited for the Dr. Thomas to finish with his previous patient (which I did not mind because extra care and attention was also given to a patient in need), I found myself wondering what it would be like to work there (a good thing) and how lucky the staff must have been to land this gig (internal chuckling I'm sure). Dr. Thomas was thorough, clear, and concise in diagnosing and communicating the problem. Like a well oiled machine, all the records and paper charts were digitally set up for him when he arrived. From my Quality Assurance Manager (20 years in Naval Aviation & now for a local Dental Implants manufacturer) perspective, I was pleased with the whole operation that I observed. The prescription was the least intrusive and most effective means of alleviating the issue which was confirmed on the follow-up appointment. I am quite satisfied. I had a hole in my retina and Dr staman took care of it right away in the office. He and his staff are really the best

We love Dr. Thomas! He is informative and thorough. He's also compassionate and friendly. We really appreciate him and his staff helping my husband maintain the vision he has left since discovering his diabetes so late.
