Gateway Vision

I went to Gateway vision for new glasses. From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted and was please from the beginning to the end. Staff was courteous, very pleasant, clean office. Knowledge of my eye care. I left feeling confident that I chose the right office.

This is your one and only stop to help your vision! I have been going to Gateway Vision for two years and have used both offices. And I think they're both great, but I'm a bit partial to the Dunn Avenue office. Doctor Grimshaw listened very clearly to the issues I was having with my eyes. I was entirely ready to give up on the contacts because they were uncomfortable, and my prior progressives I couldn't get used to. He encouraged me to try some new contacts, and I am so happy! I love my contacts!!! The bifocal that I was going to settle on, because I couldn't get used to the progressives, the wonderful technician, Catherine, talked me into re-trying use of Progressive lenses instead of the bifocals. I couldn't be more thankful for that advice. It turned out, the prescription that I had gotten at another doctors office, was entirely wrong! It wasn't me, but rather the it was the wrong lense prescription. Please give Catherine a raise! She is just full of knowledge, and such a great attitude.

The staff was very friendly & efficient. They took great care of my daughter. 10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

I can only add to what others have been saying. This place is great. The staff, the doctor, everyone is so friendly and helpful making sure you're comfortable and receiving the appropriate information and attention to ensure you get the proper eyewear. I'm old enough to remember when you had to go to two doctors to get glasses; not anymore, they do it all from here. I love it.

1st visit to your establishment and I am very pleased with your operation and the folks i met on-site. As was my first visit i will await your procedures to see if everything pans out as advised.
