I have been a loyal customer for 10yrs and I purchased some glasses in Nov of last yr 24 and have been coming back several times to get them readjusted 4 times and when I got the person that took care of me wss in a rush and really didn't fit it for me right but I kept them thinking it was just me and I call bck and the person that answer the phone had a Attitude i wad just telling her and she hung up on me because she didn't want to answer me Iam going to head of this franchise because I never had problems until now with this place the glass has a default in them so people please be careful of these glasses!
