InFocus Eyecare Mandarin

I went here for an exam and new glasses and the experience from start to finish was great! I scheduled my appointment online which was very convenient for me. They also had availability the same week as scheduling. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited maybe 5-10 mins before going back and starting my exam. I was treated so kind by all the staff and everyone was professional and accommodating! They have a huge selection of frames and lens that I was very pleased with. Great experience all around, highly recommend!!

Since my previous eye doctor office stopped supporting hard contact lenses, I looked for an office that and was nearby. The staff at the Mandarin InFocus office was friendly, effective and very competent. I was favorably impressed with Dr Morgan. She has a depth of experience and knowledge.

Symone is absolutely amazing. She is always willing to help and has endless patience with my son, Ladon. No matter how many pairs of glasses he breaks or messes up, she's always happy to fix them with a smile. At this point, I'm starting to think he breaks his glasses on purpose just so he can go visit her. Thank you, Symone, for always being so kind and helpful also all of the staff go above and beyond, and always willing to help him make his "cup of coffee" . Thank you

Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly. I came last week with an urgent issue and they got me right in and took great care of my issue. Today I came for regular eye exam and the experience was great as well. Would highly recommend this office.

This was, by far, the best experience we've had with a yearly eye exam! Dr. Morgan is thorough, specific and intentional in her care and explanation, Meredith was polite, knowledgable and efficient, with her pre-exam checks. Sarah, in the optical center, was also very polite, helpful and made us feel good about our choices, taking care to offer honest support. We look forward to our next visit, and to our future visits for exams and glasses.

Just had a new patient appointment at InFocus Eyecare Mandarin and was very pleased with the entire experience. I had been looking for a new optometrist and decided to give them a try. InFocus Eyecare has easy online scheduling, a very pleasant, knowledgable and professional team from front to back and I loved Dr. Kickliter! I actually saw Dr. Kickliter a few years ago at another practice and was so happy to find her again. She is experienced, professional and extremely thorough, taking time to truly listen to my concerns to get the best prescription to address my somewhat challenging vision needs. Not to mention, she is just a kind and caring person! They also have an onsite optical department with an experienced technician who was able to help me understand and utilize my two vision plans to get the best benefits from both. I look forward to visiting InFocus Eyecare for all my future eye exams and vision needs!

From the Optical Assistant to the Doctor and then the Opticians; everyone is friendly, polite and thorough in everything. Great experience!

I have been a patient of Dr Hathy for almost 30 years. When he passed, I was afraid I would not find someone as good as him. I had my first visit with his associate Dr Kickliter and she was great. She did a exam with great care , was kind, professional and I am very pleased to have her take over my eye care .
