In more than 60 years of visits to eye doctors, Dr Natalya is THE Best Ever! She enthusiastically and clearly explained many important concerns, patiently evaluated thoroughly my eyes as no eye doctor has done before. And, the eye tech was also very patient and helpful during the ore-exam process. The office is bright and cheerful- with a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. The selection of glass frames was much more stylish and attractive than offerings in the typical optometrist office. Eye technician Rachel was also THE best as she was conscious of my limited budget - yet desiring quality and pretty options. She offered interest free financing for 6 months utilizing my Care Credit account. Dr N explained the pros and cons of progressive lenses so I could make an informed decision for my personal needs. As I determined that a pair of single vision and a pair of readers was best for me, the Care Credit offer made it feasible to get both- and even glasses with beautiful frames. Although, if I could afford it- I would have selected amazingly awesome designer frames they offered. But what was most important is that I am confident that my prescription and glasses are going to be of exceptional quality. And, I had tried cheap readers for 6 months- but they caused problems- which I now realize is not only because cheap readers are just magnifying glasses- but also, there is a difference in my left and right eye needs! I am excited and have high expectations for my new glasses- not only because of stylish frames.... but because of quality lenses, accurate prescription...... and especially for my first ever prescription readers! I will add update to this review with pics later!

I have been a patient for a few years now and I always have an excellent experience every time I go. Dr. Nataliya and her staff are very personable and patient. Dr. Nataliya is very knowledgeable and gives clear information and empowers you as a patient to make informed decisions regarding your eye health. She also has wider knowledge in how other aspects of your health can impact your eyes. Plus, the office is always clean, tech is top notch, and they have a wide variety of cute frames!

I had a great experience today at InOptix for probably one of, if not the most, thorough optometry visits I've ever had since I began wearing glasses in middle school. The optician was also very quick in helping me decide on a pair of glasses within the boundaries of my vision plan as well. I highly recommend them and am glad they were recommended to me, too.

All the staff were very friendly. They were very efficient with the time of things. They did the tests correctly and made sure that everything was done properly, but they did it in a very quick and timely manner. The optometrist there took her time to explain everything to answer any questions I had. She went into detail about what we needed to do, and she was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them! I can't speak to the full selection and prices of their glasses since I did not actually need prescription eyewear, but their exams and their staff and everything involved with those processes was fantastic!

Omg! Let's start with how beautiful ALL of the women in the office are! And Dr. Yakovleva is so knowledgeable! I can't remember her name but -- the woman who helped me choose my frames was so helpful and honest! It was like shopping with a bestie. I'm very excited to get them. The receptionist was great too, I didn't understand my benefit package completely and she broke it down for me. By the time I left I was so pleased that I chose them! Thank you InOptix!!!
