If I could given this place zero stars I would have!!! The receptionist is beyond rude and unprofessional! My wife and I brought our child in and she told me I couldn't assist my family in picking out glasses! She is very rude and speaks to people like they are below her! If you can help it DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go somewhere, where people appreciate your business and treat you with hospitality!

Worst eye place ive ever dealt with they never answer there phone how do you guys have a buisness and cant even answer your phone ive been calling all month to talk to somebody I dont have transportation to just come in as I please an make an app

I have called several times to schedule appointments for my children but they never answer the phone. I make sure to call before they close for lunch and they don't answer the phone. I am now looking for a new optometrist for my kids because I don't have time for this.

Ive been coming here since 2010 when i had my first born child, love mr jerome and his daughter amanda. Never have i had to have my eyes dialated coming here, my kids and i both are patients here. Glasses come in an timely manner Staff are always nice Only con: NOBODY ever answers the phone !! Always have to wait on an call back and thats an hit or miss.

That was the worst people you can ever work with when it was just sitting down all day. They actually took a hour break and didn't even want to answer one question during a whole hour when they had nothing to do in the beginning of the day and the long run this was the worst place I have ever been to and I have been in a medical field now over 17 years if you want to take you or your family there I advise you not to

When they closed the office on Southside. I decided to start going to the office downtown. My first time there, Dr. Jerome performed my exam. He's a really nice man. But I gave 3 stars because every time I call, I can never talk to a live person. They say it can take up to 24 hours to get a call back and even then they don't call back sometimes. I don't understand why they won't just answer the phone. That is so very unfair and annoying to the customer. I wanted to be sure that they would be there when I went by on my lunch hour to pick up my contacts even though they say they're open at 1:00. I work a good ways from downtown and did not want to make the trip in vain. I COULDN'T get someone to pick up the phone. That's absolutely crazy!! I've written a review before but it was about the rude receptionist at the Southside office. Now this has come up. Drs. Weitzen, PLEASE care enough about your patients to do something about your phone being answered and not having to wait 24 hours to possibly receive a call back!!! I've decided to change optometrists for this reason!

I've been a patient here for over 49 years. I wear hard contact lenses which are not easy to fit. Dr. Weitzen and now his daughter Dr. Mandy Weitzen are wonderful , caring and precise. The office staff, Lisa, Tracy and now Ashley are friendly , helpful and efficient. I don't know what I will do if the office ever closes. They really take great care of their patients!

Here is what We received at the door of this business. The girl reception. Telling us they do not accept walk ins!! Call for appointments only. They will schedule an appointment. When we called we get an answering machine telling us to leave our phone number. I even called the number my self right after this in person visit. Their was no Live Person answering phones. So I left my nane and phone number after the message. Its October 23 2020. No one called for schedule an appointment. No call at all. To schedule appointment. This is superb not acceptable. And is not acceptable as human rights is described. This is suppose to be a business and their refusing to speak at all as to our presents at this location. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!! I'm sure it was late in the holiday year. I would not suggest going their at this time. The order of my mother's glasses took about 4 visits to complete a pair of glasses. Our final attempt in picking them up were after the New Year's. After doing with them through the Nov. Dec. Holidays. I would suggest also in allowing about 3 years after receiving the glasses. Get another eye exam. This is ample time in receiving better service. Yep the only reason someone too; would give this business a 5 Star rating. Would be that perhaps they think she is Hott! Blow that! She has my rating right here!
