I have had dry eyes for 20 years. I have been to many doctors including those who call themselves Dry Eye Specialists in the larger cities. Dr. Riordan is the only doctor who has ever helped. Dr Riordan has improved the quality of my life tremendously. I would go so far as to say that Dr. Riordan walks on water!

Here is what you need to know: they were always working when I was there -no standing around. The office seemed clean and pleasant, they had my a lot of my information filled in from my primary care physician. ONE thing that they do, that almost every doctor does (and every doctor gets dinged on this) - there is NO table in his office on which you can fill stuff in. I have carpal tunnel, but even if someone's hands are just shaky - to ask them to hold your iPad and fill in 50 different fields, without providing something on which you can put that iPad or worse, paper on a clipboard, then you are failing in customer service. But, minus that, it's a 5 star experience.
