Leroy was quite helpful and personable. I was greeted warmly upon entering by him and he offered his assistance. I needed a slight adjustment to my eyeglasses and I also purchased lens cleaner, and a microfiber cloth. I was asked about donating to the OneSight when he asked. I was thoroughly satisfied with his service.

Do not recommend. I arrived for an appointment and, even though I'd just had a thorough eye exam from my ophthalmologist just 3 days prior, Lens Crafters would only give me an exam for glasses if they repeated the same tests my ophthalmologist had conducted... at my expense, of course. They refused to contact my ophthalmologist for records, stating that their doctor (who is not an ophthalmologist) needed to conduct her own exam. Feels like a scammy way to extract more money for the visit than insurance will cover. I left.

Came in on a Thursday saying how I literally can't see. Got booked for that Tuesday just for them to tell me it's two Tuesdays away. The sensible thing to do is to give a date if it's not the same Tuesday of that week. Wasted my time and I still can't see.Very careless. I could of booked else where days ago.
