Dr. Furer was fantastic! He conducted one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. No previous doctor has taken the time to ask such detailed questions about my daily routine, screen use, lifestyle, and overall vision needs to fine-tune my prescription the way he did. He clearly outlined which types of contact lenses would be best for me, and I left feeling educated. The technician who handled everything prior to seeing Dr. Furer was excellent as well. She was knowledgeable about all of the equipment and tests, very friendly, and explained each step clearly so I knew what to expect. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The entire team was efficient, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend this office!

Outstanding service! Dr. Furer was professional and provided me with a thorough eye exam. Amanda was great! She made sure I understood the details of my eye exam and my vision needs for lenses. She explained what my insurance covered and never pressured me to go beyond what my insurance would cover. She explained why vision needs and lense selection may require the need a service not covered. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

I have been a patient of MyEyeDr. for years and I strongly recommend them. I've had the privilege of being helped by Mr. Frank Favale, and every time he has made the process easy, enjoyable, and understandable. Frank is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain every step of the appointment, making me feel comfortable and confident in the eye care I'm receiving. He is also tremendously courteous and professional, and follows up to make sure my prescription and vision are satisfactory. The facility and equipment are very nice and clean, and I feel like the entire team cares about me and my eyes!

I had an amazingly fantastic experience with my appointment today. The receptionist is very helpful and kind! Dr. Furer is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. And Amy is a ray of light! I laughed so much and truly enjoyed myself. She is amazing and very sweet. She's also really epic when it comes to breaking down pricing and insurance coverage!

Today I visited the MyEyeDr office located at 11945 San Jose Blvd. The front desk service was excellent Iwe were able to get a same-day appointment, and the staff at check-in was very kind and welcoming. The doctor who saw my wife was outstanding. We felt very comfortable with him; he was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly an A+ doctor. Unfortunately, the problem came at checkout. My insurance deductible is $40, but we were charged $114.90. On top of that, we were given incorrect information regarding our insurance coverage. When we asked for an itemized bill or invoice, they refused to provide it. I recommend that anyone planning to visit double-check their deductible and insurance coverage before scheduling an appointment, to avoid unexpected charges.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. They treated me with so much kindness and genuine care that I felt like part of their family. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personalities truly made my experience exceptional. It's rare to find a team that not only provides excellent service but also makes you feel valued, respected, and appreciated. I had an excellent experience at My Eye Dr., thanks to Tania Mack. She delivered outstanding customer service and was incredibly patient and kind. Tania took the time to help me through my phone call with CareCredit so I could complete the purchase of my contacts, and she never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free. She truly went above and beyond -- thank you, Tania!

My husband and I returned to this office because we had a good experience in the past. Unfortunately, the quality of care has declined significantly, and this was one of the most frustrating medical experiences we've ever had. To start, my initial eye exam and first pair of glasses were completely wrong. I later found out that incorrect numbers were entered for my prescription, making it impossible for me to see. Because of this error, my eye exam had to be completely redone. The problems didn't stop there. When I received my next pair of glasses with progressive lenses, they were unusable. I had to tilt my head back to an extreme and uncomfortable angle just to see clearly. When I raised this concern, I was told to "get used to them," despite the fact that I've worn progressive lenses for years and know when something is wrong. The measurements were clearly incorrect. I was remeasured multiple times, yet both my regular glasses and sunglasses were still wrong. I had to return four separate times just to get glasses that were somewhat usable--and I still question their accuracy. I ultimately never received the sunglasses because they could not get them right. My husband's experience was just as bad. His eye exam was done incorrectly, and astigmatism was added to his prescription even though he does not have one. As a result, his vision was extremely distorted and angled. His exam also had to be redone, and he too had to return multiple times for corrections and re-measuring before his glasses were usable. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Repeated prescription errors, incorrect measurements, dismissive responses, and multiple return visits should never happen at an eye care facility. I don't know what has changed here, but the professionalism and quality of care are no longer there. I strongly do not recommend this office. Do yourself a favor and go to a qualified, professional eye doctor who performs accurate exams and takes patient concerns seriously.
