I had my appointment today at MyEyeDr, and I had a great experience. The doctor was very kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Tatiana assisted me with picking out my glasses, and she was absolutely amazing--patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She really made the process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service from the entire team. I highly recommend this office!

Great overall experience. Dr. was pleasant and engaging, explaining every step of the exam, whats next, rfuture appts. and referral, etc. I felt released that I knew exactly what happened and what's next. My husband and I have been patients with Dr. Hauser for many years. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this office because we were told that my husband would not be seen for an eye issue that was not addressed at his last eye exam just a month ago because he could not come in at one specific time during the day (as he's considered a medical exam) due to his work schedule. However, If you need an eye exam, they will certainly get you in as quick as they can because they want to sell you glasses!! We were also told by the receptionist "call another eye doctor or to go to the ER. " This is very disheartening and disappointing because we have been loyal patients for decades & usually received personalized and compassionate care. We will do just as we were told and we will find a new eye doctor!

Dr. Balski is a true professional and has a genuine passion for his profession. Very knowledgeable and patient. Entire staff is on point . Great experience.

I had an eye appointment at My eye doctor on Atlantic Boulevard near Hodges and Kernan. I saw Dr. Balski. The office is very pleasant. Staff were very helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and took as much time as we needed to do an accurate eye exam. I'm very satisfied with the services that I received Tatiana the person in one of these photos is a manager there she provided me excellent service in selecting my new Frames and also had a coupon for me to get a discount on my purchase. I also had an old pair of glasses that I had the new Prescription put in so that I could reuse them. With my insurance, The cost of the new glass/frames and replacing the prescription in the old frames, was Incredibly Reasonable! I will be back there. They have a great selection of glasses. They provided excellent customer service. I was also able to get a referral list of doctors who perform Cataract surgery. I will be back for sure. Many thanks to the other two staff people who helped me at the front desk

Mr.Gerard Balski, OD is amazing he is very at explaining what is wrong and what he will do to help you, i recently started having eye issues, blurry vision & trouble seeing at night while i drive, and he listened and do every step that was necessary to see what the problem was! Great eye doctor!
