I had a wonderful experience at this location. Dr. Shah was very informative about daily contacts and answered all of my questions and concerns during my appointment. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire team provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning!

Every team member worked well together. It was a great experience, especially since I don't particularly like going to the eye doctor. They made it a very pleasant experience!

Highly recommend! The team helped me choose the perfect frames! Dr Shah does a wonderful job explaining what to look for in the pictures and answers all your questions! Definitely opt for the eye photos instead of dilation it is worth being able to see what your eye looks like!

I came here for a routine eye exam, and while the doctor was fine, my overall experience was very disappointing because of the manager. From the start, she tried to charge me over $100 for glasses that were already covered by my insurance by adding on unnecessary extras. When I questioned it, she had an attitude and was extremely rude throughout the visit. Later, I received an email saying my glasses were ready for pickup. When I came in, the manager looked at me like I wasn't even welcome in the office. Mind you I do not live nearby. She then told me in a very rude tone that she couldn't release my glasses without the doctor being present, which made no sense since I was only there to pick them up. The unprofessionalism and hostility from the manager made this a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this office to anyone. Patients should feel respected and valued, not treated like an inconvenience.

1st says they cant send me my physical eye glasses prescriptions. Have to stop by - I stop by (mind you prescription is written & on file) - yet, while requested in advance and told to stop by. When I get there, now we need the MD to sign and we will email you next morning.

I'll start off by saying the doctor is amazing, thats the only good thing I can say. The manager is the worst brand of fake hospitality. The doctor was going to give me two contact options and get me trials for each to choose between more expensive but better vision or cheaper but worse vision. I heard the doctor tell the manager what trials to order for me so I could pick after trying both. The manager made me choose on the spot before even trying them on top of making me pay for everything before even trying the trials. Something I've never encountered before. After my contacts are finally ordered I get a text message that they are ready and to pick them up. There is a link showing the hours of operation and address. I show up around 4:30 after work on a Thursday to be told the doctor isn't in and I can't pick up the contacts I already paid for until Tuesday. I'm told I'm supposed to call in to confirm pickup. More than anything I'm shocked she made it seem like I did something wrong when I followed their instructions. There is more but I already wrote a novel. Just go somewhere else and avoid the headaches.

My visit included a transition from glasses to contacts. From the check in process to walking out the door, with one contact in my eye, was less than an hour. Most importantly, my eyes feel like they have help to see, rather than a replacement. I want to feel like my body is working to its highest potential and finally do.

The staff there is amazing! I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.
