I've been there for a few years now and the Dr., fitters, techs and receptionist are all above grade. The fitter made sure I got the best out of my insurance & Dr. Vickers was on point with continued care until next visit. I ENJOYED!!!

Horrible experience here and I won't be wasting my time again. I arrived for my appointment slightly before time then sat for 30 min just to be asked if I wanted to reschedule. They had no idea I needed fitting for specialty contacts and only had one tech available. I was told I would have to wait another 20min before being seen or I could reschedule. Now why would I reschedule with an office that clearly has no consideration for my time. However, there is no one else in the lobby and I notice as Im leaving there are other people still walking in but u tell me 20 more minutes or reschedule. Im extremely frustrated with the lack of consideration, professionalism and customer service.

Love the doctors but the customer service it's the worst I have to deal with. They send messages to confirm your appointment on line. Then they call from a phone that doesn't display who they are no message and when you show them the phone they tell you. "Regardless of the message this is your options now." What? Are you kidding me? Management should fix the problem and stop sending emails to confirm appointment and let us know that they will cancel your appt if you don't call them. What? That's not convenient and very disappointing. Too bad we have to miss on a good doctor.

10 out of 10!! I got my glasses back FAST! And my prescription is extremely high!! And usually takes about two or three weeks to process, but I got mine backIn literally just a week! The last place I went to I had to wait over a month and then when they called to tell me, my glasses were ready it was literally just the frame without the lenses so I canceled got my refund and decided to go with this place and I'm so happy I did! Definitely recommend.

I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment scheduled through a VA referral and arrived about 12 minutes early to complete paperwork. At 8:00 a.m., the office lights were off and the building was closed. A technician arrived around 8:02 a.m. and let me inside, stating the doctor was "on her way." Over the next 20+ minutes, staff arrived gradually. A sign was placed outside after 8:10 a.m., additional technicians and the office manager arrived around 8:15 a.m., but no optometrist was present until 8:25 a.m., well after my scheduled appointment time, while I was speaking with the office manager. I received a explanations about office procedure that clearly aren't customer centered. Most disappointing, no apology--only "I understand." Due to the lack of punctuality, organization, and accountability, I canceled my appointment. Regardless of referral source, patients deserve basic professionalism and respect for their time. horrible horrible horrible!!!!! they NEVER answer the phone. and when i went to the normandy location, NO ONE was at the front desk. and when a younger lady finally came to the front, she rolled her eyes at me. very unprofessional. save your time and please take your business any other place.

The staff was extremely friendly. I suffer from ptsd so I was soooo nervous about the appointment. But not only was the staff supportive, but their new eye exam process was very quick and easy. I can't express how much that meant to me. They even helped me pick out some tented lenses. I'm proud to say I've been apart of the My eye Dr family since 2011 when they were under a different name. Now over a decade later it's still the same great service. Actually it's better.

Absolutely amazing staff and Office. Thank you, Nicole and Jan for everything that you do Especially you, Nicole you can always tell if someone is at work to just make money or if they come to work because they care and this office definitely cares about their patients the insurance and making sure that they Get the glasses at the client actually wants. This is hands-down the best experience that we have had with my eye doctor In years. Thank you, Normandy Boulevard location. You have truly obtained a lifelong client.
