Davis is underhanded and rude for no reason. He was nowhere to be found once I selected my frames. He also entered my gender as male. I DON'T have a gender neutral name and my chest is not binded. when I brought it up, i saw him OBVIOUSLY holding back a laugh. I have never seen him in my life so I don't know what I did for him to decide to bully me in that way. He also never asked me what selections I wanted to make on my glasses. He just selected the most expensive options and told me the total. Not a pleasant experience at all. Not worth the price either

I really like the sunglasses they helped me pick out. These ladies are the BEST! Thank you for providing such awesome customer service!

Dr. Villa was super friendly, informative, and quick. No hassle and I appreciated the explanations at each step of the exam. For the frames, Cierra was patient and very helpful. I am naturally indecisive and did not feel rushed at all. She broke down all different price/discount options and pointed out the best frames for my style/fit preferences. Dr Stephanie Ferguson is always very kind, very patient , very thorough. Old fashioned care.. takes her time..listens, explains everything..doesn't try to rush you out. My wife and I decide to make a trip to the MyEyeDr place to look for new frames for my updated prescription (I usually buy my new frames from Costco). Well Cierra met with us in the showroom and an hour or so later I placed an order for new frames for my everyday wear and purchased new prescription sunglasses as well. Cierra was a pleasure to work with. She was very forthcoming on what looked good and what did not and was very descriptive why some frames worked better than others and she was very patient with both my wife and I. Thank you Cierra for your expertise
