Very smooth experience throughout the entire process starting with check in and the exams. I had a coughing attack in the middle of my eye exams and the attending specialist was very patient with me. She offered me water and patiently waited until I was ready to continue. This care and empathy is what really makes a big difference. I was treated as an individual human being and not just another patient their trying to rush through. I can't remember her name but she was wonderful. To whomever will be reading this on behalf of the clinic, my appointment was 1/21/26 at 3pm at Southpoint. Please give her a kudos for her attentiveness, patience, and concern for my well-being. Dr. G was amazing as well. He explained my issues very thoroughly and answered all of my vision concerns. Everyone there is very professional and pleasant. Thank you to all involved during my visit. I felt at ease at a time that could've been very unnerving for me.

The service I received on my last visit with Dr . Guyassadin was great. The check-in was quick and easy. Wait period in the waiting area was brief. Everything went smoothly. Everyone there were friendly and efficient. Dr. Omar Guyassadin is the best. A great chair side manner. Friendly and very knowledgeable in what he does. He has helped me greatly with saving and maintaining my eyesight. Kudos to the NORTH FLORIDA SURGEONS STAFF and especially Dr. Guyassadin. They're great in what they do. I have not had the cataract removal procedure yet but the pre-op work is outstanding. The technicians make sure that every aspect of the procedure is looked into, doublechecked, measured, and prepared for surgery. All questions were addressed and answered.This pre-op took three hours! Any patient who is having eye surgery should be very thankful for this attention to detail .

Dr. Gayasaddin (Dr. G.) and his staff were incredibly professional and made my visit truly comforting. Dr. G. put my mind at ease with his knowledge, explaining my eye results in clear, understandable terms and outlining the next steps with confidence. My experience with Ophthalmologist Dr. 'G' at Florida Eye Specialists exceeded my expectations. The specialists performed more routine eye examinations than I have been receiving routinely at other clinics. Dr. G and the staff were sharp, competent, attentive to my information, and had a pleasant demeanor. Prior to leaving, they have me a printed visit summary report with copies of the various tests results and made appointments to remove the build-up on my cataract lenses. They also have me an estimate for these two procedures. I would recommend Dr. G as a very well-trained, experienced, and pleasant Ophthalmologist.

It's frightening to have your vision declining, at any age, Dr. Gayasaddin, aka Dr. G, took his time to smile, answer my questions, and explain what he could do to help me. I never felt pressured, or hurried. Something about his manner was very comforting, as was his staff who helped in their pleasant, efficient way to make me so glad I have found a place that will do everything needed to help my changing eyes.

I've been around medicine since my Uncle delivered me, smacked my butt and then circumcised me(Jewish). My father was in medicine as a FamPrac. Youngest Brother in medicine as I write this. See Dr. G is at home in his own skin. He's thorough and very confident. He smiles a lot and makes you feel good with any path he guides you on. I wish the man was my GP..
