To be honest I only went to Pearl Vision because I am a strong believer in supporting neighborhood businesses. Well I must say I am so glad I did. This location was awesome. Dr. Sudduth is hands down the most experienced and customer oriented professional in the eye care industry. He did such a thorough job at my exam. The entire experience here was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Thank you Pearl Vision for such a wonderful job and great customer service .

I was having a major problem with my eye. I went to Florida Eye Specialists twice, two different doctors, and they were unable to help me at all. I made an appointment with Pearle Vision and saw Dr. Sudduth. I told him everything that had happened and he was able to diagnose me immediately. He gave me instructions for home and drops for my eyes. Within a day my eye was much better. He really is amazing and has the ability to think wholly, simply and logically. I truly believe that "specialists" have lost the ability to see the whole picture.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I gave them my Silhouette glasses, very expensive, to be adjusted and she broke the lense. Now I have to pay to replace the lense out of the country because I'm leaving soon. All they could say was sorry. Unbelievable.

I am pulling my whole family from going to this place. We are no longer customers. They are forcing me to either pay $30 or do a dilation. I'm not doing that. I just want my eye exam. I driving on my own and cannot get dilation. Just give me the exam. If you're forcing people to pay $30 for something they shouldn't have to do, you're going to lose customers. You lost this one and three others of my family. I had an appointment at 5:00 today and I walked out. I just wasted my whole afternoon and took time off for this just to find out I can't even get my eyes looked at.
