The doctor was awesome, the facility was nice and clean. It would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the customer service. The representative that was assisting my brother and I seemed to be very helpful at first and then I realized her numbers weren't adding up. The reason was she was up charging everything and trying to convince us that it was the way insurance bills things. The same glasses she was trying to sell for $380 after her "extra discounts" I purchased from Target Optical for $179. I hate that I feel like she was going to take advantage of us.

I had a fantastic experience at this optometrist. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could schedule an eye exam that same day. The helpful and kind staff accommodated my schedule seamlessly. Both the doctor and his assistant were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the examination. They were able to work around some of the challenges I faced during certain tests, which made it one of the best experiences I've had at an optometrist.

I was treated professionally by all staff members. First time getting an eye exam and glasses as an adult, appointment was right before close on a Sunday. I was not rushed, and the person working the front desk took their time to explain things in detail. Would recommend. Also gave the option to not dilate eyes for an additional fee, made my experience much better.

Dr. and back office staff were amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about them 5- for them.
Front office staff however were not so welcoming. One was on her phone via her AirPod and avoided eye contact with us while the other just sat in her chair and didn't even acknowledge us until my husband asked for a specific pair. Staff continues to sit in the chair and told my husband to go pick the glasses he wants and then bring them to her. There was no customer service at all. Please go to this location for the Dr. and eye exam ONLY. Take your prescription somewhere else who will assist you have great customer service.
