I felt welcome from the time I entered the door with the pleasant smile and greeting. Thank you Dr Smith for listening to my concerns about my left eye and doing the extra exams to ensure their was nothing for me to be concern about and everything looks great with my eyes. My pretesting screening and check out was easy and stress free. I like the new machine no more puff of air in your eyes. I forgot their names that assisted me how great job I rated them 4 out of 5 due to the waiting time prior to me being seen. Thank you again

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision, mainly because of the gentleman who assisted us during our visit. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure all of our wants and needs were clearly understood and met. It seemed like this wasn't his usual location, but you would never know it by the way he stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and confidence
I was especially grateful that the gentleman guided us through the glasses selection process and checkout, making the experience smooth and stress-free despite those challenges. His level of professionalism and care made a noticeable difference and is what ultimately left a positive impression of the visit.

Special thanks to the amazing staff at the Regency location. I came in with a smile, however, I wasn't having the best day. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to... especially Dr Smith. Great customer service with ONE exception. The OWNER of this facility is CHEAP!! He/she charges EXTRA if you want to use a credit card for payment, but they warn you ahead of time. IMHO, this is NOT good practice for business.

Excellent service from entrance to departure! From registration to leaving the establishment! Everyone we dealt with was on top of their game, doctor was very pleasant and forthcoming, knew what he was doing, a very well rounded experience. The lady who filled our prescription and did the paperwork, O am so ashamed I forgot her name, she was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice, pleasant and friendly, would definitely advise others to go there! Prices were on spot as well, nice selection of frames!
