Both daughters were booked for an eye appointment today and due to being late from traffic they told me I would have to reschedule both of their appointments when I took the entire morning off from work. Knowing this is the coldest day in Florida they were unconcerned with the fact that we've waiting for over a month for these appointments. I will not be returning because there surely could have been something done even when I suggested to take one of them. They told me me they changed both of their appointments to 8:30 instead of staggering them Like they informed me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

This practice is awful. After being seen here for 5 years, the quality of care has gone down quite a bit and there is zero bedside manner. Everything is a rush job. Will not be returning.
