My wife recently had an eye exam with Dr. Jerin Joseph from Platinum Eye Care at River City. She had such a good experience and result that she told me for my upcoming exam to make sure I saw him.
I had an eye exam with Dr. Joseph at Platinum Eye Care last week and it was an excellent experience. - just as my wife's experience. Dr. Joseph has an excellent 'bedside manner' and put me at ease throughout my eye exam. He answered all my questions, was open to let me know of potential issues in the future and also explained to me the process to correct them. All of this put my heart at ease!
Dr. Joseph was very knowledgeable and it gave me confidence in his ability and judgement. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and will personally use his services in the future!

Doctor was amazing but the wait time was horrendous. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30, showed up at 11, and did not leave until after 1pm. The time slots for an appointment on the website is 15 minutes. The consistency of care was inconsistent. I was back and forth between getting treatment/tests and the waiting room many times. It seemed like the representative who helped me finalize my glasses order was very disorganized so this also extended my time in the office. Again, the doctor was wonderful and very thorough. I did appreciate that.

Dr. Joseph and his team are truly amazing! They provide you the how to for contacts and educate you on the prescription so that you make the best decision for you purchase. They gave me training on my contact lenses and didn't make me feel silly for being a first timer, offering tips and tricks for my success!! I am so pleased that I will be returning next year too!!
