Best eye doctor in Jax !!! Dr Joseph is so kind hearted, humble and extremely knowledgeable . The office was busy today and he still was so calm and kept his composure. He made sure that we had sufficient time together and made sure I felt comfortable with everything.I've had terrible vision most of my life and doctor Joseph was able to get my vision better. The staff is also flawless!!! Ordering contacts was a breeze and they were able to get me discount on glasses as well. Absolutely love this location!!

Hope was absolutely amazing! and Brittany was an amazing technician. Both a true credit to their profession. They are extremely knowledgeable & polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend platinum eye care for any of your eyeglasses or contact needs. I would be happy to come back and do business with them again!

I walked in at the last minute looking to order glasses. Found out they needed a current rx. Mine was expired a couple weeks ago. Hope took the time to speak with Dr Jo and somehow allowed me ( here on New Year's Eve ) to get the eye exam !! I was able to use my insurance and order my glasses. Brittany was great also in helping me with the doctor part. Hope was great from start to finish. Between doctor and the girls it was the best experience I've ever had at getting glasses. They took the extra time on New Years Eve to help me. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks to Hope, Dr Jo and Brittany. I am leaving feeling what a way to end the year. Thanks to all.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and were treated with a high level of care. I would highly recommend this place for your glasses and shades needs. I drove over an hour just to come to this place to get my glasses. Thank you guys for your attention to details and exceptional customer care. I will definitely visit again.

Erin, Hope and Brittany were amazing! Doctor Joesph was absolutely brilliant too he explained exactly what was going on with my eyes so I understood.10/10 would visit again. Drove an hour out of my way and it was worth it. All three of them are a dynamic, hardworking, and dedicated team that will do anything they can to assist you with your needs. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Joseph and the Visionworks staff. I called Visionworks after I couldn't find my insurance company on the drop-down menu while trying to schedule online. Brittany answered, looked up my insurance and told me who managed my vision plan and got me scheduled for that same day. Once in the office she was very professional and took good care of me. I was beyond impressed at all of the latest and modern equipment Dr Joseph used to test my eye health and vision. Dr Joseph of Platinum Eye Care has great bedside manner went over all of the results and screening. He went above and beyond in helping me figure out my vision issues as well as an eye issue I was having. Initially I had been hesitant on coming to this location because it seemed newer with fewer reviews but I'm so glad I did. I look forward to using this location and Doctor Joseph for all my eye care needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody. Juan also did a great job in helping me view the selection of glasses with no high pressure sales. Even when I mentioned I would probably have to come back to purchase at another time his customer service still remained top notch.
