My husband & I had eye exams today. Shay & Dr. Patel were phenomenal!!! I had a wonderful time getting my eye exam. My husband experience was wonderful too. Dr Patel is phenomenal! Patient care is her top priority. She got me right in when I was having trouble with my eyes. Everything cleared up after visiting with her and the problem hasn't returned since then! I recommend her to all of my friends and family!

Certainly enjoyed the personable and friendly staff! Dr. Patel was professional and genuine during the visit. She gave me helpful information and courteous service. Will definitely plan on making this office my regular optometrist.

One of the best Optometrists experiences I've ever had. Dr. Patel is very thorough and most of all polite and answered all my questions. Dr. Patel really knows her stuff. I now have a permanent eye Dr. I will refer ALL my friends and family to Dr. Nisha Patel.

Cannot Recommend - poor Customer Service: 1) 6 Days AFTER I attended my scheduled appointment, I received a text informing me that my appointment is scheduled for the next day - exactly one week AFTER it occurred. 2) I attempted to call the number in the text - received voicemail informing me to access information through the website - WRONG! One is only able to schedule new appointments through the website. I attempted a return text - no avail. I phoned an after hours number provided in the voicemail - again no avail. 3) Furthermore, after my appointment, I provided my Insurance Information - I phoned my Carrier in advance of the appointment and the Carrier informed me that Doctor Patel was IN NETWORK and should accept my Insurance. WRONG - after a very brief attempt to enter information I was told that I must pay NOW and submit my insurance claim. As we know, this is the EASY way to make the Patient do all the work and lets the Optometrist get paid immediately. CONCLUSION - I cannot recommend this Optometrist. The lack of Customer Service is disappointing! Rather than Patients utilizing Costco's on site Optometrist, they should schedule an appointment with an off-site Optometrist. COSTCO is a wonderful Retailer; their onsite Optometrist is not up to their standards.

Dr. Patel is kind and friendly. The first time I went into the office for an appointment, the assistant offered me a mask. I asked if she was asking me or telling me and she responded with "its your choice". When I was called for the appointment after waiting, she asked me to put the mask on and I asked again and this time she said it was required. These arbitrary and silly rules are the only thing keeping this pandemic going. It's the sniffles at this point and the masks they gave out were disposable 3-ply masks that are known to be permeable unlike the n95 masks. Not to mention when I was given the exam the mask made my breath fog up the lenses in the machine to find my prescription so, it seems counter intuitive.

Dr. Patel is that doctor frfr. Love her so much. She told me how awful Hubble contacts were and really helped me understand my eyes and why they were feeling yucky. She always gives me information in the way that is helpful and I under. 10/10

I went and got my new contacts prescription from here, they gave me a new type of contact that I never used before. I gave it a try and wore the sample for a month, which resulted in that i don't like it, make my eyes every dry and it hurt sometimes even when it's in the right direction. I have called in so many time to ask for a change in contacts type and even when i leave a message, they never call me back or answer the call. I can't buy new contacts for right now because of the prescription. If you want to go have have an eye exam here, please reconsider because they have very poor customer service!
