Longtime patient and close observer of total office operation... Exceptional, caring staff, Dr, Mughal is knowledgeable, thorough in his examinations, clear in his explanations, and takes the time to listen to patients' concerns, answer questions, and discuss treatment options. You don't feel like there's a stopwatch running while with the doctor, and that is huge. Staff knows you by name and shows respect by not addressing patients by first name. Dr Mogul is the best there is.If I could give him and his associate Tony a 10 I would.. They are sooo helpful. The whole staff on University Blvd is so accomendating to you and your needs. I have been going to him for almost 2 years, and my vision has improved so much, I'm so thankful to him. The office opens and accepts patients at 8:30 (used to be 8:00!) but the doctor regularly doesn't show up until after 9. So if you want a morning appointment you will be sitting there waiting for half an hour or more.
The cherry on top is the Dr. always comes in saying sorry for being late, as if it's uncommon, and then says his piece and is gone in 2 minutes. Avoid if at all possible, no respect for patients time

After preparing myself for a situation im terrified of i had my procedure paid for and was puttjng on surgery gown when nurse comes in and says stop, Drs not coming....no explination given, i burst into tears and left with the intent of finding another Dr. I have and wont be back!

Very poor service, appointment was at 8am doctor doesn't get in until a little after 9am and literally run in the room and looks a my mom eye give her a vitamin to take and rushes out the room. I'm like WOW! I'm very disappointed!!!
