Sight N Style Optical

This was a true WASTE of my time!..from the description and pics it looked like Judy the older lady working in there I had the misfortune to deal with....she was VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND LACKING IN KNOWLEDGE..plus the store is VERY OUTDATED because she did not even have a computer to even look up my frame style I told her..I read some reviews where some customers have had a great experience, but unfortunately for me and other negative reviews we DID NOT receive the same great service.. so PLEASE consider the negative reviews as well, because she doesn't provide ALL customers with friendly customer service...would NEVER recommend anyone or return to that TERRIBLE place!

I took some Cartier frames to this place to have the lenses made progressive and the lightest gradient tint possible. I had a very hard time even reading with them and they're darker than I prefer.. I called and the owner Judy told me she couldn't make them right and was extremely rude and even stated that she has run this establishment rudely for 25 years lol.. wow. Never had anyone be so blatant rude in my life. Very unprofessional place with dogs and boxes stacked everywhere in plain sight. Please do not trust these people! Don't believe me... just call and ask for Judy and hold a conversation lol.

Congratulations, for both of you ladies !; I recommend this optical not only for their prices very affordable, their variety of frames and quality lenses, also for the customer service very important on this times; my husband and I come here practically since 2020 and they are very helpful, clean and neat store, and their pets are adorable they make the environment more nice. Thank you so much !!! I picked up my eye glasses today, one week before than expected.

I was there 2/27/23 and I had a great experience from the two ladies there. Bought a pair for cazal glass wear. Lady was even nice enough to reshape one pair of glasses for me to see how they truly fit my face. They are older ladies and their shop is located in an urban area so I can see them being a little weary of who comes in. But I personally love the service I had and will for sure send people and send my money there. 10/10 for me and i didn't even look at a review I just went up there

Both elderly ladies are very ill mannered. I came in with my son and was immediately made to feel as if we were a burden. They allow their pets to roam the building. Unfortunately, the building smells like dog urine and you will most definitely leave with dog hair on you. So if your allergic to dogs steer clear of this optical shop. As for parents of boys, you'll find this place doesn't accommodate them. Overall I'm very disappointed as this isn't my first experience with optical shops but my first bad experience with one.

Have been a patient for 25 yrs. And have always had excellent service, wouldn't go anywhere else, Highly recommend.

I walked in and was refuse service the lady wouldn't even let me look at the frames to purchase she told me that I had to come in with my prescription to look at the glasses.

I have always experienced top rate service at Sight and Style. I have been shopping there for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience.
