St. John's Eye Associates - San Marco

I had a great experience at this center and can't say enough good things about Dr. Price and her assistant, Mr. Gavin. From the very beginning, they were kind, professional, and truly took the time to listen. My eyes are a bit complicated, and with my previous MyEyeDr provider doctor I struggled for almost two years. They eventually wanted to give me a scleral lens for one eye and a soft lens for the other, which made my eyes look different sizes ,something I was really uncomfortable with and unhappy about. I'm so glad I decided to come here instead. After just a couple of visits, they were able to find the solution I had been looking for all along. The difference was immediate. I also want to highlight her commitment, attention to detail, and professionalism were truly exemplary. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. Overall, this team turned a very frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have complex vision needs.

I went there for the first time for an eye exam because it's close to my new house. The staff is OK. Nothing great. I'm on my way out. There was a blue haired employee working there. Not very professional. It is a medical office not a nightclub. Please present yourself professionally while working.

This is my fifth pair of Lindbergh glasses from St Johns Eye Center. Really exceptional service, great communication, superb products, and above- and - beyond quality. I go to the trunk shows and ALWAYS end up buying something special. Thank you. I miss Faith- now working from home. She came in on a non working day just for me. Over and above!!

Words cannot describe the way the staffed was so attentive and patient with me, listening and explaining in depth the process of the scheduled appointment; Very impressed by Dr. Fay and his team. Would recommend to anyone in need of assistance.

5 star customer service! traveling in Jax for work and needed repairs to my glasses, stopped in on the rare chance they would be able to help. Tatiana at the front desk was very welcoming and looked at glasses and said absolutely she could fix... in less than 5 minutes I was out the door and glasses were as good as new. anyone requiring glasses understands how thankful I am!

I Loved the place, it was unique experience getting an eye exam today in the year of 2025, then the year of 1989, lol . Dr. Moinipour she was expert in giving me details about my eye exam and knew what steps to for me to take to getting my eyes checked out later on in the future and the atmosphere had a good vibe at this place.

I went for my eye exam, I told them I'm being seen by a specialist for macular degeneration thinking they would not do any additional testing that my insurance doesn't cover, I just wanted reading glasses and my insurance covers the exam for the eye test. They did retinol imaging which is done by my macular specialist and charged me $45. I will not be returning next year! They are hyper focused on making additional money for unnecessary tests, and they do not tell you that there will be an additional charge until it's done.

Absolutely wonderful staff and doctor! I was lied in and was greeted by two lovely ladies and they laughed and joked with me while I checked in. During the exam, the associate who assisted was sweet and told me that a lot of people have anxiety at the eye doctor. Then again, with the doctor, he assured me it wasn't a test and he was there to make the exam easy and not stressful. I had an enjoyable time even though I was stressed. 5/5 all around.
