Went here for an exam and new glasses. Got them. To the tune of $1000 even though their marketing says $79. My vision was blurred. They told me to put non alcoholic eye drops in and not wear my contacts for a week. Two weeks later I'm going in for emergency surgery on my retina. If you need glasss and are rich they're great. But if you have an actual vision issue go there if you want to end up blind.

I had a very poor experience with Stanton. They misrepresented copay amounts, which I personally confirmed after two separate phone calls with their staff. Despite this, they still attempted to overcharge and then blamed everything on "corporate" instead of taking responsibility.
On top of that, there was zero courtesy toward the customer--the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help or explain the situation professionally. This experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend them based on honesty or customer service.

This Optical place is great with awesome deals.Getting an appointment and getting to this place was very easy. Employees are kind, caring and respectful. Mr. Brian did the eye examination. The doctors are remotely present who go over images and power for the leash/glasses. They write the report after studying data and images. Ms. Shannon helped me with the frames and ordering glasses. She explained to me the results of the eye exam and went over details about images. Both employees are wonderful and it was pleasant getting eye exam done.
I highly recommend Stanton Opticals to all in this area.

Amazing service and selection at Stanton Optical! I was very pleased by the quality, variety, affordability, of the glasses. Brian, (I think) was very informative on all the questions that I asked him...which was several. I was pleased to find out that the advertised price on the ad and window was indeed true. I was able to get two pair for about $180. This included the exam and multifocal lenses. I have not received my glasses yet, but feel that I will be happy with my new glasses! Especially at the value that received for the price. Highly recommend!

I am writing regarding a significant order issue. After placing my order for prescription glasses, the shop created the wrong pair due to an internal typing error on their end.
While I understand mistakes can happen, the resolution has been unsatisfactory. I was not offered a sincere apology for the error or the substantial inconvenience. Furthermore, the time to rectify this mistake is a total of one month from my original order date.
This experience has been disappointing, particularly due to the lack of accountability and the extended delay in providing the correct product. I hope this feedback encourages the shop to implement better quality checks and improve their customer service protocols for handling errors.

Brian and his excellent staff and service was impeccable. Took daughter in for an eye examination and the technician was amazing. Dr Insler diagnosed her Myopia and took the time to answer all of our questions and explained in detail the contacts that she needed. Not once did we feel pushed to have to purchase anything. We received a prescription and there was no requirement to purchase contacts from them. However, after researching their price was very competitive and we ended up purchasing from them after all. We were treated tremendously well, and we are so glad we ended up going to Stanton Optical in Mandarin. Hats off, you all are wonderful!
