All of the staff members were so kind and helpful, as well as so very customer service oriented. This office had a great vibe to it! When I asked about whether or not certain frames would look good they helped me pick the ones that fit me the best. Thanks you guys for a great experience you've got a lifelong customer.

I was very happy with the service I received from the Sales Manager, Rebin at the River City location. He was very caring and has a great sense of humor. I came about 30 minutes before they closed and was welcomed right in. I did not feel rushed or pressured and Rebin took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood and allowed me to ask questions. Also, Brandon assisted Rebin in getting me all taken care of and I was just very impressed and satisfied overall. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thanks Rebin for the exemplary service you provided me.

The customer service sucks and they lie. I ordered glasses for $79 dollars was informed by the lady to get my glasses the same day I had to pay extra I paid $200 and something dollars to get my glasses and was not able to get them the same day. Now my prescription is not even right and they're trying to blame me. Do not go here is a rip-off of your money maybe not the company just this location

Pilar was disgustingly rude. My fiance received glasses here and I will NEVER return to this place EVER! Every question I asked she visibly was annoyed and rushing me to the point of me being uncomfortable and asking for another staff member. It's been ten minutes since I left and I'm still disturbed. Horrible experience!
