Target Optical

This is my fifth year seeing Dr. Wilson and his staff. My experience with them has been wonderful, and I always enjoy great conversations with them. They are professional, yet very friendly and personable. The shop's manager, Shay, and assistant, Julia, were also fantastic. Julia was very patient while I was choosing my frames and was extremely helpful. They always have some specials with a great selection.

Such a good experience buying my glasses here. Julia was so kind and helpful! She was so patient as I took my time to find the frames that were right for me. She made the process easy and had so much knowledge. She really helped me find what works best for me. Thank you, Julia!

Julia and Shay at Target Optical Southside Blvd. were amazing. From their professionalism, assistance with selecting a frame and patience with all the questions, their customer service is extraordinary, not to mention the wide selection of beautiful frames. Julia was so helpful and immediately after arriving she began to fix my glasses!!!! It was done in five minutes. Shes so fast and so so sweet!!

My recent eye exam with Dr Roger Wilson and staff at Target Optical on Southside Blvd was very positive. The staff provided excellent service and ensured the process was efficient from start to finish. The optometrist conducted a thorough evaluation, explained the results clearly, and addressed all of my questions. I left feeling confident about my eye health and appreciated the overall professionalism and care throughout the appointment. In addition, the staff took extra time to help me select the right pair of glasses, which was especially helpful since I'm not accustomed to wearing them. Their guidance made the experience comfortable and reassuring

This office is lying to people that their insurance is covered when it's not. I confirmed 3x before booking my insurance was accepted. They ran insurance under my name as I was the patient; when my daughter was the one being seen and she is listed as a covered dependent. Several people walked in and was told same thing. That that their insurance was covered when it indeed wasn't. I have been going to eye appointments for over 10 years never have I ever had this issue. Doctor was rude and said they don't know if it's covered until you get there! Completely false information. The office was in the middle of renovations with wiring hanging from ceiling. Beyond unprofessional. Had to pay $93 out of pocket when in reality I have no copays for this service under a covered network. Now I'm having to fight my insurance for my eye appointment because this office booked it as it was me. Thanks Target never again! Yeah your so called manager shea called and never heard back from anyone! Never have I ever been treated so poorly! Do better Target!!!

Thank you so much to the entire staff at Target Optical Jax, FL Southside Blvd. From the Doctor and his assistant to Shay and Julia. They took such great care of me and made me feel so welcomed and respected. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness extended to me from the time I walked through the door. Shay and Julia BRAVO for setting the tone and being such ROCKSTARS! YOU ladies are appreciated!!!

I am so grateful for the service at Target optical. I went in today to find out how much it would cost me to get the nose guard on my glasses replaced. It fell off. Didn't cost anything! Awesome experience!!!
