I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday, February 27th with Amanda Brown. I received a confirmation and an email to complete the pre check-in questionnaire, which I did. On the day of the appointment I received an email indicating that I cancelled the appointment. I called the optical department at Target to advise that I did NOT cancel and the representative I spoke with advised that there must have been a glitch in the online system because it shouldn't have let me schedule the appointment for Saturday. This was a huge inconvenience. Their next appointment opening isn't until April 1st. Their online system shouldn't have these type of "glitches" and if they do, the customer should be notified PRIOR to the day of the appointment.
