VAL-Uvision San Jose

The doctor does a very thorough exam, you don't feel like they are just pushing you in and out. The staff was very courteous and educated. They have a very large variety of frames, and many options for your lenses. I had a great experience here and will continue going back.

They were prompt to meet me at the desk and checked me in. I waited less than 5 minutes for an assistant and get my preliminary information. Then she said the Dr will be in shortly. As I sat in the tall chair with all of the "stuff" on it for the Dr , the door opened and Dr came in, And she was very Organized as she looked at my charts to determine The change in my vision. When she was done with that she said I'm going to put some drops in your eyes that will make your eyes "fuzzy" and left for a few minutes to allow the stuff to work. Came back and made complete checks, and the good news, My left eye had gotten a little worse, while my right had no change. She said she will see me next year and stopped by the front desk and let her attendant that I was ready for me. I gave a pair of my old glasses that I will use again. She put the gasses on my to verify the lenses lined up with my eyes. Then she got the info from me for The extras that I needed. All done here as I got my receipt, and headed for the door in less than 1 hour from when I first walked. All done here. As always the crew was great. I guess this is why I have been going to Val U Vision For about 15 years. Thank you

I've been a patient of Dr. Leinwohl for years and I've always received excellent care. I also receive good value for my contact lens and eyeglass purchases. The office staff is warm and caring, and very efficient.

I had a wonderful visit to the eye doctor today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, well organized office and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was courteous and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The eye doctor was exceptional kind and attentive, taking time to explain everything clearly and making me feel cared for. I left feeling grateful and confident in the care I received. Highly recommended!

Everyone is very friendly and polite. I honestly really like this place because they are seemingly family oriented and provides more than a service but make sure you habe all that you need amd great at answering questions.

Came in today with my daughter -- the ladies in the office are so nice! Laurie, the office manager, is humorous, kind, and very patient. Great selection of frames and lens options, with detailed eye exams. Highly recommend!
