I came initially for my boyfriends eyeglass selection after his appointment. We made selections with Taylor and my impression from the staff is lively and responsive. Everyone was kind and accommodating in the service. I ended up deciding to go back there myself and get my eyes checked on and get some fun sunglasses. I was with Dr. Falden the appointment was quick and comprehensive answered all of my questions. Taylor was very kind and offered to even adjust my current pair of glasses I had as it had warped slightly making it uncomfy-- she fixed it! Thank you to the staff and the positive energy they have!

I just had an excellent visit! Each person that I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable, and the check-in proccess was smooth. All of the technology in the office worked great and every step of the exam flow was seamless and easy. To top it all off, Taylor was extremely kind and helpful, guiding me through selecting frames, plus the right coatings and add-ons that I need based on my situation. I walked out of the office with the perfect pair of glasses in less than an hour. To top it all off, the value was excellent. was able to have me seen immediately. The office staff were all extremely professional and personable. They claimed to be behind schedule but they certainly made sure that I was in and out as quickly as possible and I wasn't having to wait even though they weren't prepared to have me so last minute. Can't recommend them enough and I wish I needed to see them more than yearly!
