I couldn't make it to the store until late due to work. I was worried as I strolled in with 30 mins till close that the staff would be irritated as I know what it's like to have a customer come in when you're about to leave for the day. however, all three of the nice workers greeted me and were happy for me to be there, and were very patient did not rush me and let me choose a pair of glasses. I cannot remember her name but I remember her ID badge said supervisor or official supervisor I think she had brown hair with glasses. She was very, very nice. And was very patient and made the ordering process very easy. I am so happy with my glasses and can't wait for them to come in. Thank you Regency vision work team for taking care of me. It truly made a difference!!!
