Absolutely pleasant experience. Kyla is so efficient and knowledgeable. The technician was so fast and good, I didn't even get his name. Dr. Pham completed the exam with sheer precision. The last young lady who measured for our glasses was honest about our insurance coverage, knowledgeable about I our needs and swift with checkout. She was so fast, we didn't get her name. We will DEFINITELY come back for all of our vision needs.

Walked into Visionworks at River City Marketplace today because I was having some issues with my vision, and they got me right in! The entire experience was smooth from the moment I walked in to check out. Friendly staff, quick service, and they got the job done. Thank you, Visionworks, for taking such great care of me!

Dr. Joseph and his team at Vision Works in River City Market Place took great care of me during my visit. They were attentive, kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Joseph was so down to earth, approachable and people friendly. He kept the visit light, encouraging and informative which meant a lot to me. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because when I arrived at the office there was no record of my text confirmation back or info sent to the office and my appointment had been cancelled. There was some sort of a disconnect somehow from my response being received. But thanks to proof on my cell phone, they were willing to see me anyway and got me in and out at a decent time. And for that alone I am truly grateful!

Vision works at River City Market is a very great place to go for your eyes. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very friendly, and very helpful. I truly enjoyed my visit and would tell anyone who wants eye exam and glasses go there. They treat you like family. So I would refer all to go there. Great job Vision Works team.!!!

Kyla, the manager, is incredibly kind, helpful, and manages an exceptional group of ladies. Even when she's not present, they maintain a professional demeanor and carry themselves with grace. Olivia possesses a wonderful personality, is exceptionally helpful, and demonstrates remarkable patience with customers. She goes above and beyond to show her care and attention. Donneshia is equally sweet, polite, and helpful. She ensures that you are acknowledged upon entering the office, especially when others are occupied with customers.

Pushy, rude, and optimize quickness over patient care. I'm not even sure if the doctor fully looked at my chart. There were complications and the parts that were online that he could switch were easy, but as for my actual written chart it wasn't changed out to the right person. Other than that, the dr was friendly, knowledgeable, and fully explained everything. As for the staff, they gave me the most expensive option and acted like I was pulling their teeth when I was knowledgable about my own insurance plan and wanted to get my glasses down to that plan. If I didn't stand my ground and repeat MANY times and had a good amount of back and forth with the front desk clerk, I would've been stuck paying $200 instead of $20 AND I would've used up my one frame and lens for my plan. The ladies handling the desk to the doctors were a lot better and the actual exam was fine, but make sure to inquire about the price and know you don't have to take the pictures of your eyes. My $10 copay was brought up to $55 because I wasn't given the option to opt into dilating my eyes and opt out of the $45 eye pictures. I was there from 2- 5:20 with an appointment, and most of that time was waiting for the exam. Overall, go somewhere else if you're able to. Yes, Visionworks looks nicer, but there's so many other places that won't be a headache.

Entire staff was friendly and attentive, from start to finish. Especially Nick and the young lady at the frame counter. Would highly recommend this practice for all your eye care needs.
